Interior Design Show 2019 / Toronto, Canada

  • by Dustin Kroft

Last weekend marked our 4th birthday and subsequently our 4th exhibition at the Interior Design Show. For the fourth year we were featured in the Maker section which is curated and sponsored by Design Milk.

This year we took a different approach with a focus on two vignettes that showed off the functionality and use of our different products. This differs from the more gallery style that we have taken in the past.

In attendance at this years IDS was our Doodle Table which has never been shown before - even though it remains one of our top sellers. It was exciting to be able to present this table of ours to the public and get feedback from the patrons of the show. Typically the Doodle Table is produced with a veneered top but we released it for the show with a Fenix top and white stained Ash feet.

To support the dining room vignette we also showed a custom size and color of our Beam shelf. The Beam shelf served as storage for some glassware and other small items.

The other vignette was an entryway room featuring our new Stir Bench. Along with the bench we also showed our new Wall Mirror and our new Wall Hooks in a clear and black finish.

We were honored to receive a "Love Tag" from DesignLines magazine this year for the new bench. Love Tags are given out by Azure and Designlines Magazine employees to 100 participants of Toronto Design Week.

Here are some pictures of our booth.
