Shipping & Returns
ShippingShipping rates are for USA and International. Lead times on orders are listed on each product listing. Many of our items ship within 3 business days but we are a small batch operation and sometimes we require a little more time to prepare and ship your order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive as most of our shipping is arranged with economy or ground service. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. All International orders ship ground and can take up to 12 weeks depending on where you are located. For expedited shipping, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a more expedient shipping arrangement. Extra fees will apply but we can often ship things anywhere in the world in less than 2 weeks. KROFT is not responsible for service transit times.
Returns & ExchangesOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return : Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can to register a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any items that have been modified or custom ordered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
DamagesAny damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of an item. Please inspect your items immediately for damages and contact us for a return authorization number and a replacement order.
