Shipping charges are determined by the item you are purchasing. If you are interested in more than one piece and want to discuss different shipping options, please contact us directly. Processing times for fulfilling orders are different and are typically stated in the product page.
We will collect sales tax on all purchases made within Canada. We do not charge sales tax on any orders to the US. The rates vary based on shipping address; if the order is taxable, shipping charges are also taxable.
In-stock orders can be cancelled with no additional penalty, as long as the order has not been processed + shipped. To cancel an in stock order, please send an email to email@example.com, and include your name and order number.
We of course hope you fall in love with everything you order from KROFT, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on merchandise within a fourteen (14) day time period from date of delivery. Return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us with questions or concerns - we will do everything within our power to rectify any issues.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase. Notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of any damages. We will gladly replace damaged or broken items promptly.
We charge a $50.00 restocking fee for any returned items that are returned.

Yes, we keep the information you provide us for our records only. All information collected is for the sole purpose of filling orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We will not release any customer information to any entity.
