Shipping Policies

All items ship free across the Canadian provinces (not territories) and the contiguous United States. For worldwide shipments, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Some of our products are in stock but you can check the availability in real time on each product page. If an item is in stock, it almost always ships within 4-8 business days. If an item is sold out, please allow for up to 4 weeks once a purchase has been made.

Items are shipped without signature required so follow the tracking in your shipping confirmation email for the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for porch pirates or lost packages if proof of delivery is provided by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any duties, import fees or taxes assigned by your local government. We are not able to redirect any shipments that have been fulfilled while in transit. Any shipments that are refused or sent back will have the costs associated with that subtracted from a refund, if eligible.
