Bought for my baby daughter's room – it's home to a mixture of books and toys and because it's a beautifully-made, solid wood bookcase, it'll be suitable for her as she grows into a child and teenager and beyond. I bumped it fairly hard into a doorframe when I was putting it in her room and the wood wasn't damaged or dented at all.
