Change-of-mind return policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Customers who do not wish to exchange their item or receive a store credit can pay a 10% restocking fee for a refund to their original payment method.

Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Items must be returned unused and damage free. After inspecting your return, if your shipment is damaged, used or any components are missing, the amount of your refund will be at the discretion of KROFT staff.

We cannot cover the cost of return shipping. If for some reason your order is damaged upon receipt, please get in touch with us within 5 days. Any issues reported after 5 days are not returnable. If your order has been customized in any way, it is not eligable for return. 

Return Policy for Items on Sale

In the event that you purchased anything at a discount, we will be unable to process a return due to a change of mind. Discounts include free shipping on orders under $500 CAD or any promotions, offers or sales that are on at the time of purchase.

Exchanges or Store Credit

If you have requested an exchange, we will send it out once we have had a chance to inspect your return. Exchange shipping will be charged out at the actual shipping rate regardless of what was paid for at the time of purchase. This will likely be more than the original shipping charge as we absorb shipping costs on all purchases.

If you chose store credit, you will recieve this by email in the form of a gift card.
