Shipping Our Racks

We may take our time making our products but our shipping and fulfillment is super fast! All orders over $100 CAD ship free across the Canadian provinces (not territories) and the contiguous United States. Shipping fees do apply for other international shipments.

A small flat fee of $10 is charged for orders under $100.

If an item is in stock, it almost always ships within 1-2 business days. If an item is sold out, feel free to contact us to secure your KROFT item from our next batch.

Items are shipped without signature required so follow the tracking in your shipping confirmation email for the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for porch pirates or lost packages if proof of delivery is provided by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any duties, import fees or taxes assigned by your local government. We are not able to redirect any shipments that have been fulfilled while in transit. Any shipments that are refused or sent back will have the costs associated with that subtracted from a refund, if eligible.
