Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world. If you do not see a shipping quote available for your shipping address, please send us an email to hello@kroft.co.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all overs over $150 Canadian.
How soon will my order ship?
We have stock of all of our products 95% of the time. If your item is in stock, it will ship next day. If not, it will likely ship in 1-3 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package.
Is everything required to install or use my product?
Every single product arrives with all you need to install and use the product with the exception of the floating nightstand. It does not arrive with fasteners.
Where are your products manufactured?
Almost all of our products are manufactured by us in our Toronto, Canada facility.
Is everything solid wood?
Any product that uses is wood includes FAS grade lumber sourced mostly from Ontario and Quebec. We do not use any veneer, mdf or particle board in our furniture.
